The Villa Lise Renovation project includes the renovation of individual elements of the tourist setting and the replacement of worn-out building furniture with modern, more energy-efficient ones. The purpose and goal of the project was to achieve greater energy and material efficiency and increase the consumption of renewable energy sources. The project plans to renovate the outer casing, purchase a heat pump, self-sufficiency devices, energy-saving lighting, replace the heating/cooling system and implement measures to reduce water consumption and reduce waste. The project was finished at the end of 2021.


The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, from the European Regional Development Fund.
